Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major problem, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the item repaired or replaced if it is not of acceptable quality and the issue does not amount to a major problem.
Change of Mind
As a small business, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of custom pieces, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund in line with ACL requirements.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
Return Shipping
If the item is faulty or incorrect: we will cover return shipping
For any other approved returns: shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
