How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on the design.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship across Australia. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund in line with our policy.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We do not offer returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Are your candles safe to use?

Candle care & safety guide

Each candle is thoughtfully created to bring warmth, calm, and a little extra light into your space. To get the most out of your candle, please follow these care and safety tips.

Before You Light

  • Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn (MMM, I don't do this normally and am not confident adding it in)

  • Place your candle on a heat-resistant, stable surface

  • Keep away from drafts, fans, and open windows

First Burn Matters
Allow your candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface (usually 2–3 hours). This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even burn for future use.

During Use

  • Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time

  • Keep the wax pool free of debris (e.g. wick trimmings, matches)

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets

When to Stop Burning
Discontinue use when approximately 1–1.5cm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar to prevent overheating or glass damage.

Candle Safety

  • Never move a lit candle

  • Always extinguish safely — do not blow too hard or splash wax

  • Keep candles at least 10cm apart when burning multiple at once
